🌟 Congratulations to Sanford Middle School's Diana Allen! She was honored at the Maine Department of Education Summit in August for receiving the Presidential Award for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching - the nation's highest honor for K-12 science educators.

Grayson Perro (sophomore) and his sister Violet Perro (3rd grader at Carl J) are hosting the 5th Annual Heart Peace and Love for Kids 5K Walk & Craft Fair to support a 6-year-old girl from Shapleigh who has been battling leukemia for the past two years.

The event will take place on Saturday, August 23, 2025, at Gowens Park in Sanford from 10am-3pm. Walk registration starts at 9am with the walk beginning at 10am, and there will also be a wonderful craft fair throughout the day!
