Tickets for The Sanford Middle School Theatre Troupe's Production of MI's The Little Mermaid Jr are now on sale in the Middle School Office. Tickets are $8.00 per adult and $6.00 per student & senior. Performances: Friday, April 28 and Saturday, April 29 at 7:00 PM at the Sanford Performing Arts Center. Margaret Chase Smith’s coyote pups worked hard last month with the theme of honesty. Last Friday, they presented their new theme for the month of April: Cooperation! Coyotes learned what it means to cooperate, and they even had some visitors from the Sanford Fire Department come to discuss how they use cooperation every day in their line of work.

7th & 8th Grade Softball Tryouts will be from 2:30-4:00 in the Multi-Purpose Room.
7th Grade Baseball Tryouts will be from 2:30-4:00 in the Gym.
8th Grade Baseball Tryouts will be from 4:00-5:30 in the Gym.
On Wednesday, March 29th, Sanford Pride Elementary Pre-K, K students and families were invited to the school to enjoy Story Time Under the Stars followed by a K for Me Meet and Greet. This was a well-attended event, and everyone enjoyed themselves. The school enjoys hosting events like this and engaging with our families!
Representatives from Pratt and Whitney came by Margaret Chase Smith school today to teach students some of the basics of how to build tall towers. Thanks so much for coming by!
Maine Department of Education Deputy Commissioner Dan Chuhta visited Mr. Sanborn’s and Mrs. Allen’s Friday Fun Lab at Sanford Middle School on Friday. Mr. Chuhta got to check out the middle school’s green house aquaponics program. Fun fact: Mr. Chuhta was Mr. Sanborn's middle school science teacher! Thank you so much for the visit!
