The goal is for children to move one hour or more a day between now and March 31. You can submit your tracking form by March 31 and earn one free ticket to see the Portland Sea Dogs at Hadlock Field for the 2023 season. Parents and caregivers are also encouraged to join and move with their children.

Keeping Our Schools Healthy
​Sanford High School juniors and seniors attended a field trip to York County Community College and Southern Maine Community College on Tuesday, December 6.
​The Bridge Program Art and Wood Shop classes have been busy at work creating some fabulous things to sell. This will allow them to fund some extra activities/field trips for themselves and others in the program.
