With Girl Scouts, she can be herself, have fun with friends, and change the world—all in an inclusive, girl-led environment. Staff and students at Margaret Chase Smith got to experience a variety of activities for our Health and Wellness Fair before spring break! The Animal Welfare Society were able to bring in some therapy dogs and visited classrooms, students learned about how to be more active and bike safety, painted rocks, colored mandalas, and much more. Thank you to our SEL team for planning this fun and engaging day for our students, and thank you to our PTA for donating items to make this event happen.

To celebrate National Poetry Month, Sanford High School is having a poetry slam in the agora during Spartan Time on the 28th. Your poem can be your original, a friend's original poem, a poem from your favorite author, or song lyrics.

MCS was able to host a talent show for coyotes to showcase some of their talents before spring break. Talents ranged from dancing, singing, beat boxing, magic tricks, martial arts, cheering, to playing the piano! It was incredible to see the talent that we have, and it was inspiring to see these courageous coyotes get up on stage to share it with an audience.
