Good afternoon CJL Families, We'd like to say thank you to our PTA, volunteers, and donors for sending in popsicles and snacks this week. Remember to send your student to school with a water bottle every day please. Included in our weekly newsletter this week are some photos from the last six days of school. We're proud of our opening to this school year! Our students are doing a fantastic job listening and following directions. They're trying their best! As their parents and guardians, you should feel proud too! It's an honor and privilege to teach your students! Check out our Bloomz post and our the News Section of this app for more news and photos. Have a fantastic week!

This is a reminder that the Veterans Memorial Fund is bringing the Wall That Heals to Sanford starting next Tuesday, September 5th, through the 10th. The Wall That Heals is a three-quarter scale replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial. It’s also coming with a mobile Education Center and will be located on Route 109 in South Sanford, across from Walmart. The Wall will be open 24 hours a day starting Thursday, September 7th, and free to the public. The Wall That Heals honors the more than three million Americans who served in the U.S. Armed Forces in the Vietnam War. It provides an opportunity to honor and remember all those who served and sacrificed in the Vietnam War while also affording a valuable learning opportunity for young people in our community, including students.
