SHS GRADUATION PARKING PLAN (PLEASE SHARE)
The weather is looking good for Wednesday evening's graduation ceremony and we expect to hold the ceremony outside at Sanford's new Alumni Stadium at 6:00pm. Parking will be tight, so please review the following plan ahead of time to avoid frustration.
1. Families are asked to carpool to the ceremony to maximize the limited number of parking spaces available.
2. Please refer to the attached parking map, and follow directions of parking attendants when you arrive.
3. The lot adjacent to Alumni Stadium will be reserved for handicap parking.
4. Overflow parking is available at Curtis Lake Church, a five-minute walk using the new walkway from SHS to Main Street. This may be the fastest "in and out" solution, given the expected traffic volume.
5. A courtesy shuttle bus will be available to bring guests from the Curtis Lake Church parking lot to Alumni Stadium from 4:30-6:00pm. It will continue to run for one hour following the ceremony for the return trip. (Please note that the bus is not handicap accessible)

Very proud of Julia Allen competing in the New England Track and Field Championship today at Thornton Academy! Her best javelin throw today was 105 feet competing against the best in New England. Last week she won the State Class A javelin competition with a throw of 118’3”. We are verifying but we believe it’s a school record for girls track and field! #SpartanPride
