2019-2020 Sports Physicals will be offered tomorrow, Wednesday, August 7, 2019 from 3:00 to 5:00 pm at Sanford High School, Room D105. Please use the Community Retail Center entrance by the greenhouse. Forms will be available in the SJHS and SHS Nurse’s Offices as well as online at www.sanford.org on the Athletics Department page. Students must be accompanied by their parent or guardian or have the Limited Sports Exam form signed by their parent/guardian. The physical will cost $20 and is valid for two years of participation in Sanford School Department sports; checks should be made payable to York Hospital. Questions?
