This is a message from the Sanford School Department. We would like to remind parents that this winter we may have “traditional” or “remote” learning snow days. In the event a remote learning snow day is called, your child’s teacher will post the schedule for the morning meeting and provide further directions in either Seesaw or Google Classroom for your child to access lessons for the day. If you have any questions, please contact your child’s teacher.

A reminder to our Willard families: Parent/Teacher Conferences are Th. Nov 19th, 3:30-6:00 and Mon. Nov. 23, 3:30-8:00. Conferences are via zoom. Thank you for signing up.

Meals are available for all enrolled students on their remote days. Meals are available for pickup Monday through Friday at SHS and Lafayette Schools. Meals are available on Wednesdays only at CJL, MCS, Memorial Gym and SMS. The pickup time is 11-12 for all locations. Meals should be pre-ordered by 7:00 PM the night before using this Wednesday Only order form. The form can be found on the Sanford School Department website under Family Links - Food and Nutrition Program. FMI call the School Nutrition Program office at 608-8762.

A brief reminder about our drop-off and pick-up procedures: - please use the circle in front of the school to drop-off and pick-up your child (students can start to arrive at 7:45 AM; pick-up begins at 3:05 PM) - in the AM, please wait for staff to provide directions about your child exiting the vehicle (this will help support our distancing of students entering the building) - in the PM, your child will be brought to your vehicle; again, thank you for following staff directions - specific dismissal procedures will be provided to parents and families during the week of Sept. 14th Thank you for your support and please contact the office with any questions.
