Congratulations to our grade levels that met their March attendance goal of improving by 1%. They used perseverance throughout the month and met 95% or better! As a reward, they enjoyed a glow in the dark party. Great job coyotes!







Our fourth grade team held their poetry showcase on Thursday afternoon for families! The students created poetry books that highlighted over 10 types of poems from their personal experiences. We have some budding poets at MCS!





We held our annual health fair yesterday as students learned how to make healthy options in all aspects of their lives! Thank you to all of our amazing presenters!











We have some talented coyotes who hit the stage tonight with some songs, dance moves and keyboard performances!

Board Game Club started last week at Margaret Chase Smith! Students are learning to develop crucial skills while having fun. Students have honed their critical thinking, decision-making abilities, teamwork, and communication skills through various board games, strategic challenges, and collaborative activities.



This is a reminder that kindergarten registration nights are tonight at Margaret Chase Smith and Sanford Pride. Carl J. Lamb is hosting its registration night next Wednesday.
Sanford families with children who will be five years old before 10/15/24 are encouraged to attend, meet staff, fill out registration paperwork, and learn about the transition to Kindergarten.
