Good afternoon, CJL students in grades 1-3 will be attending a performance of Dog Man the Musical at the Sanford Performing Arts Center (at Sanford High School and Regional Technical Center) tomorrow from 9:30-11:30am. Lunch will still be held as normal at school. Permission slips are not necessary as our beginning of the year paperwork covers field trips in town. Children do not need to bring anything special. Thank you!

We're also beginning our distribution of six free home COVID tests (three boxes of two tests) for every student. Good morning CJL, Here's the CJL Newsletter for the week of May 1st! https://5il.co/19p44 The last day of school for grades 1-4 is June 10th. The last day for kindergarteners is June 7th. Attendance matters. We have a lot of learning left to acquire. A lot of academic growth happens this time of year, now that foundational skills are solid and able to be built upon. Due to the chance of rain in our weather forecast today, CJL's Nature Club has been cancelled. We are unable to do the planned activities for Nature Club indoors. However, CJL's Running Club will still be held today as planned, as we are able to accommodate this club indoors, if need be.

Correction: Running Club for grades 2 through 4 is on Tuesdays (not Thursdays, as it incorrectly states in our newsletter). Thank you

Learn about ways to keep your child safe online. Learn parental controls for Nintendo Switch. Learn how to discuss with your child the importance of not sharing personal information online. Learn how to best access privacy settings on cell phones and iPads. Learn how to navigate the apps that some children have learned to use to hide pics and videos.
