Today we welcome the State School Board and the Department of Education to Sanford High School and Sanford Regional Technical Center. Opening remarks were given by Superintendent Matt Nelson and our high school treble choir filled the Agora with wonderful music for the group this morning.





State Board of Education and DOE Commissioner Pender Makin are being welcomed to SHS/SRTC with songs performed by our Treble Choir.


Girls varsity basketball falls to Noble 43-42. They are now 1-1 on the season.


At the half, the Spartans are up 24 to 20 in girls varsity basketball action at SHS!



At the end of one quarter, the Spartans are behind Noble 9 to 10 at SHS.


With introductions and the National Anthem done, Girls varsity basketball takes the court against the Noble Knights at SHS. Go Spartans!

Risky Business presentation Wednesday, Dec 11, 6:30-8:30pm on Agora at SHS (door 43) for parents/guardians of students grades 5-12. Learn warning signs of teen risky behaviors, receive training on current drug & alcohol trends and learn techniques for communicating with teens.

James Blood falls in the finals at Westbrook 5-2. Excellent start in a varsity debut! #SpartanPride

Freshman James Blood makes it to the finals at the Westbrook wrestling invitational. He will be wrestling the defending State Runner Up, Caden Frost, from Bonny Eagle. He will be wrestling in the final shortly!
