To celebrate National Poetry Month, Sanford High School is having a poetry slam in the agora during Spartan Time on the 28th. If you are interested, come see or email Mrs. Raymond in the library (jraymond@sanford.org). All materials must be pre-approved. All are welcome to perform or listen to poems. Your poem can be your original, a friend's original poem, a poem from your favorite author, or song lyrics.

SHS senior Joel Morrison signed his National Letter of Intent to play soccer at Mt. Saint Mary's in Maryland on Tuesday.
Morrison will join his good friend, TJ Curley, at Mt. Saint Mary's in the fall.
Joel and TJ have talked about going to college together and playing their respective sports since they were younger, and yesterday they made it a dream come true!
