This is a reminder that the 2024 Mitchell Scholarship online application is open until April 1st.
The Mitchell Institute has made a commitment to awarding at least one $10,000 scholarship annually to a graduating student from each public high school in Maine.

This is another reminder that the Maine Department of Education is accepting Teacher of the Tear nominations. Nominations can be made through a form on the Maine Teacher of the Year Website from now until 5:00 p.m. on January 31st, 2024. They are accepted by students, parents, caregivers, community members, school administrators, colleagues, college faculty members, and associations/organizations. For high schoolers in need of community service, the MCS Pride PTA needs volunteers for the MCS Sweetheart Dance on Friday, February 2nd, from 4:30-8:30 pm at the MCS gym AND the SPE Dance on Friday, February 2nd, from 5:30-8:30 pm.
