The Building Trades Program at Sanford Regional Technical Center has a long history of building modular-type houses since the early 1970’s.

For the last five years, students in the program have again started building houses with the support from local construction companies.

Their house project hit the road on Friday, January 9, and has set up at its new location on James Avenue. SRTC’s building trades, electrical and plumbing students will be working over there over the next semester to have it completed and ready for sale in the spring. (Click here for the video)
