The 6th - 8th Grade GT students just finished up a project on "Silver Linings." It began as a lesson about English proverbs and other sayings, that led us to "Every could has a silver lining." We brainstormed positive things that have happened in their lives and our community in the past year of Covid. From there, the students came up with an art representation of the saying and their brainstorm list. Today, we hung it in the hallway near the library, and invited our school community to think about their own silver linings.
