Fourth grade students from Carl J. Lamb Elementary, Sanford Pride Elementary, and Margaret Chase Smith Elementary Schools stepped outside the classroom Friday morning for an exciting series of community field trips, visiting two local businesses as part of a real-world learning experience.
Students visited Moody's Collision & Auto Body Repair and Sanford Seacoast Regional Airport, where they had the opportunity to explore professional workplaces, ask questions, and see firsthand the kinds of careers available right here in their community.
Students wore shirts provided through the generosity of the Sanford Schools Legacy Foundation, whose continued support helps make enriching experiences like these possible for Sanford students.
The Sanford School Department extends its sincere gratitude to Moody's Collision & Auto Body Repair and Sanford Seacoast Regional Airport for opening their doors and welcoming our students.
