Sanford School Department

Sanford Junior High hosted their annual Spelling Bee on Tuesday January 7th, 2020. With 42 contestants competing, it took over an hour for a winner to be crowned. 6th grader, Mia Cote, took home the title of SJHS Spelling Bee Champion and 7th grader, Noah Proper, was the respectable runner up. Mia & Noah will both represent Sanford Junior High at the York County Spelling Bee on February 4th,2020 at Biddeford Middle School. Best of luck Mia & Noah!
