Last week, 16 AP Art and NAHS Sanford High students took the train to Boston with Ms. Warner and Mrs. Schindler to visit the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum and The Museum of Fine Arts.
Students learned about architecture and how the way artwork is deployed enhances how we view and understand it.
They also planned their own small group tours and the Museum of Fine Arts and saw everything from mummies to impressionistic paintings to ancient Greek and Roman sculptures.
