Officer Thornton led the training as students used the skills they learned to go over how to properly execute a vehicle stop.

Students in the Law Enforcement Program receive instruction similar to that of the Maine Criminal Justice Academy.

Course content includes defensive tactics, drill and ceremony, criminal investigation, domestic violence, use of force, low-risk and high-risk vehicle stops, crash investigation, and much more.
