Rotary Q1

The Sanford-Springvale Rotary Club visited SRTC on Thursday, December 8th for their weekly meeting.  Part of the agenda was the recognition of six SRTC students as "Rotary Students of the Quarter."

The following students were recognized:

Taylor Church, Emergency Medical Services program, Home School

Abigail Erickson, Health Occupations program, Noble High School

Chloe Fallon, Health Occupations program, Noble High School

Francis Hagan, Information Technology and Networking program, Sanford High School

Cameron Mahoney, Automotive Collision Repair program, Wells High School

Hannah Neer, Law Enforcement program, Sanford High School

Instructors Fredric Gluck (Information Technology and Networking) and Officer Michael "Tipper" Thornton (Law Enforcement) were also on hand to speak a little about their reasons for selecting their students to be honored.  We are proud to recognize these students, who are demonstrating hard work, reliability and leadership.

We are grateful to the Sanford-Springvale Rotary Club for their partnership and for taking the time to recognize our students.  Thank you also to the SRTC Culinary Arts program and Chef John Couture for preparing this morning's breakfast for the Rotarians.
