If you feel you need one to one assistance or do not have access to a computer, there will be staff from FAME and school counselors here at SRTC to help you fill out the FAFSA form on Wednesday, October 19th from 6-8 pm in the Career Planning Center. Both the student and a parent must be present at this event in order to complete the FAFSA. Drop-ins are welcome, but you can register here: FASFA Help Session at SRTC Oct. 19. You will need certain information while you are completing the FAFSA form. Go to this site Get Ready to file the FASFA Check list at least a week before the help session to find out what information you’ll need to bring with you and how to set up your Federal Student Aid ID.

There are 2 virtual sessions available on Wednesday, October 12 and Thursday, October 27, at 6 pm. Scroll down on this site to register for the section you want. FAME Maine - FAFSA Help Sessions At these sessions, a brief FAFSA overview is provided to answer the most commonly asked questions, followed by private, individualized virtual help from FAME staff.
