The Landscaping and Horticulture program at SRTC is springing into a new growing season with two plant sales in April and May. The first one, a pansy sale will run for the week of April 11 to 15. The horticulture students will manage the sale during their class time.
Colorful pansies come in starter packs of 4 for $4 or 8 for $8. Students have also arranged pansies with other plantings in large bowls for $15. For people looking to get their vegetable gardens started., cold hardy vegetables and herbs will be available in 6 packs for $2. A variety of indoor house plants and succulent gardens will also be for sale at various prices.
