From preparing for a catering event here at Sanford High School for the Southwestern Maine Activities Association serving 195 people on Tuesday to opening the restaurant here at SRTC for the first time this school year, our students have been on their toes this week. As we get further along into the school year, the restaurant will expand its hours and also open for breakfast. As you can see you from the pastry display case, our baking and pastry students have been extremely busy as well. Lots of treats to choose from!
