TODAY IS A RED DAY

  • Today is an 8th grade band and lesson day.  Group Two lessons meet today.  The repairman is here today.  
  • Today is a 6th grade band day. Full band after the pledge. The lesson schedule will be listed on the board at band or read your lesson calendar.
  • Today is a 7th grade chorus day.
  • Math club will meet today from 2-3 in Mrs. Look’s room. New members are welcome!
  • Chess club will be held on Monday in Mr. Pyle's room 23, from 2-3. 
  • Students are reminded that their permission slip for next Friday’s trip to SHS are due by Monday.  Additionally, all students are asked to fill out the lunch form, even if they are not requesting a lunch.  Once again, all students should fill out the form so that we’re positive of people’s needs.  Thanks everyone!
  • MEA testing will kick off at SJHS next week!  We will have raffles throughout the week for students giving their best efforts as well as school spirit days.

  • Attention all track athletes. The following paper work needs to be in by 2:00 today to practice on Monday.-- Sports Physical turned into the school nurse. Concussion Policy and Athletic Information Record turned into Coach Allen or Coach Sanborn. The grades paper does NOT need to be turned in to practice on Monday. Any questions can be directed to Coach Allen or Sanborn.
  • The Pay it Forward Penny Drive continues! Thank you to everyone who dropped bills in buckets this week! I heard of many homerooms trying to dig themselves out of the negative points with bills! Just one dollar bill is worth 100 points for your homeroom! There's a very, very close competition going on in the 8th grade wing right now. I won't say who - but look at those buckets and make sure you're sabotaging wisely!
