Students learn about new 3D printing technology with Lee Kassler from the YCCC Prescision Manufacturing Program.

Fifteen SJHS JMG and STEM students visited York County Community College's Precision Manufacturing
Program! Students had the opportunity to speak with Edward Rogowski and Lee Kassler about the opportunities available within this career field and what it takes to be successful as a student there. They also took a tour and saw the machines, 3D printers and classrooms! At the end of the tour, they even got to help Lee make a tool using one of the machines! It was an awesome experience, and this program is an amazing place full of opportunities for any student interested in working with their hands, coding, building machinery and tools, or going on to work at any of the local manufacturing facilities!
