SMS 5th grade students enjoy Turkish Delight made by Josh Fogarty. This cultural treat was significant in one of our read aloud books this year: The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. Being a culinary enthusiast, Josh took on the challenge of making enough for all 3 classes! Making Turkish Delight is not an easy feat and it was enjoyed by all! (Please Note: The Turkish Delight was kept in the refrigerator for a safe period of days before being served!)
