Josh Fogarty 5th Grade Student Making Edible Science Experiments!

5th Grader, Josh Fogarty, shows how he made "Fizzy Ice Cream" as a science experiment at home!

From Josh: "The science of it: dry ice frozen carbon dioxide. Carbon dioxide is what makes your drinks bubbly. When the dry ice turns it into a vapor, it is released into your milk and heavy cream which captures the vapors turning it fizzy. At the same time, the dry ice is so cold that it freezes the ice cream in a snap. Science can be cool and delicious!"
