*Session 2 Allied Arts begins today for grades 5, 7, 8 and Adaptive.

*Student Leadership Spirit Week kicks off on Monday with Pajama Day! No Blankets please! This is a spirit competition within grade levels! The highest percentage participation in wins a hot cocoa party for their homeroom!
*The 8th grade girls soccer team played a great game, despite the rainy weather yesterday, against Shapleigh, ending the game with a 2-2 tie. This was their last game and they ended the season with 4 wins, 3 ties, and only one loss. Great job, ladies!
*Lego Club will begin on Monday, November 3rd. Permission slips are on the table at the front of the Counseling office.
*Sources of Strength will be meeting in the cafe during Spartan time on Friday morning.
*The Fishing Club will not meet today and is officially ending for the season. If you have any fishing gear stored at school, please remind your parents or guardians to come pick it up. We’ll be starting back up again in the spring, so stay tuned! Mr. Coleman is planning an end-of-season gathering for both Groups A and B next week. More details will be announced soon.
*Tonight is the night!! Beginning at 6pm, at Gowen Park, is JMG's Haunted Woods! It is $5 to enter the woods and there will be hot chocolate and snacks available for sale! Many of your favorite staff will be there, too! Keep in mind that once you go through the woods, you can not hang out at Gowen. You can either pay to go through again, or you'll need to head home. You will not be able to just hang out. The wait in line can be long - it's a popular event - so we suggest you arrive at 6pm to get in line! Dress warmly, and we'll see you tonight!!!
