fall

Friday, October 25th

*A big shout out to all who have helped Life Skills collect can tabs!  A special thank you to Austin who put his tabs into the can near the nurse’s office.  He had put them into a sandwich bag with a heart drawn on the bag.  He reminded us the reason why this project was important to us.  It is a labor of love.  The 6th grade wing has been rocking it too.  We found one of their collection jars more than half way full.  The cafeteria staff also stepped it up and brought in a large bag full to add to our collection.  Keep up the great work!  The project ends after the holidays.

*Today is a 7th Grade Chorus day. All 7th Grade Chorus students should report to the upstairs music room after announcements.

*6th graders will be on a field trip this morning to the Rochester Opera House and will be returning early this afternoon.  Please wait for your LC to be called to load busses.

*The Nurse’s office is closed today except for any emergencies or students needing daily meds.

*Today is Spartan Day & Hat Day!

*If you are doing Jazz Band, next Tuesday will be the first rehearsal with everyone. If you cannot make it, make sure to let Mr. Hyssong know.

*The SMS field hockey team ended their undefeated season yesterday with an 8-0 win over Massabesic. Coach Q and Coach Fraser are so proud of the hard work and sportsmanship the team showed this season! Remember to bring your uniform to our team party Monday after school.
