*IC REMINDER – If a student needs their log in reset, please see Counseling Office or the main office for a reset NOT the Tech Hub.
*Picture Day is today for 7th and 8th grade. FOR TODAY…the office will be calling into rooms when it’s your time to come to the gym. We will do an all call later in the day for students who missed having their picture taken.
*Those interested in playing the piano, guitar, bass, or drum set in Jazz Band - the first rehearsal will be Tuesday, October 1 from 2:30 to 3:30 in Mr. Hyssong’s room (room 148). All other instruments will meet later in the month. Let’s make some music!
*If you signed up for the Great Maine Book Tournament or would like to sign up please come see Mrs. Williams in the library for information on accessing a Google Classroom for the team.
*Pokémon Club meets today from 2:20 - 3:20 in the library. As a reminder please have transportation planned out before hand to continue participating in the club.
* Today is a 7th Grade Chorus day. All 7th Grade Chorus students should report to the upstairs music room following these announcements.
* Did you know that we have been in school long enough that if you checked out a book the first week of school and haven't returned it, it is now overdue? Stay on top of returning books on time. If you still need it, come see Mrs. Williams to renew it. Emails go out every Friday morning if a book is overdue. You can also check the status of your books by logging into Destiny with your gmail.
* Today is our very first Be The Change Award Ceremony for the 1st month of school! So many kind deeds and brave actions were noted by your teachers!
Your HR teacher will give you our BTC award and you should head outside to the front of the school for a brief and fun celebration! Bring your certificate with you! Keep making SMS a kind and excellent place to learn!
