*Today is the first 8th Grade Chorus Rehearsal. 8th Grade students interested in Chorus should report to the upstairs music room with their Chromebooks following announcements.
*Where are my readers? Mrs. Williams is looking for any students who may be interested in participating in the Great Maine Book Tournament. If you think you might be interested come see Mrs. Williams in the library for more information.
*Pokemon Club starts tomorrow after school in the library from 2:20 - 3:20. Bring your collection of cards to show off, play games, or even trade.
*Student picture day is next week. 5th & 6th grade & Life Skills pictures will be taken on Thursday, Sept. 26th and 7th & 8th grade will be on Friday.
*Reminder to students & staff that Spartan Gear orders are due tomorrow. Orders can be turned into the office.. any questions please see a PE teacher.
*Student Leadership club will this Thursday after school until 3:15. New members are welcome and encouraged to attend.
*STEAM team will be starting next Tuesday, September 24th after school until 3:30. We will only be meeting on Tuesdays this year. In order to attend you must return a permission slip. If you have any questions or if you want a permission slip see Mrs. Williams in the library.
*There is no student leadership today as Mrs. Brown is out sick. We will meet next Thursday after school until 3:15 in room 2217.
*The cross country team should meet in the gym when they call walkers so we can board the bus to Wells for our meet today.
*The 8th grade girls played a tough game against Kittery with a 1-1 tie. Grace Eaton scored the only goal. Great job girls
*The 8th grade boys won their soccer game yesterday over Kittery 4-1. Nick Peart & Finley Mann scored two goals each. Great job guys!
*SMS Spirit day is tomorrow! Wear your favorite Spartan gear and hats are allowed.
