TODAY IS A RED DAY
- Today is a 6th grade band day. All 6th grade band students going to Willard to play today need to report to the band room with a coat at 10:30. Remember your lunch too. We will return by 1:15. No other band classes today.
- All 7th grade band students need to report to the band room at 8:15 this morning to board the buses for rehearsal at the SPAC. You need to attend even if you forgot your instrument or music. There is no Jazz Band today due to tonight's concert.
- The SJHS Civil Rights Team will meet this afternoon in the library. New members are always welcome!
- Mechanical Advantage Club meets today in room 39 with Miss Nason from 2-3:15.
- Math Club will meet today until 3 in Mrs. Look’s room. Join us as we celebrate Wreaths Across America!
- Today is the last day to sign up for cooking club!!!
- Students please take the time this week to check your account on Destiny to see what books you have checked out and what may be overdue. Also, make sure you stop by the library this week to stock up for vacation.
- The black box with birthday duct tape will be on the stage today. Enter respect cards for a raffle of Smitty’s and Aroma Joe’s gift cards. There will be 2 of each card raffled off on this afternoon.
- We have updated scores for the 2019 Holiday Food Drive competition!
In the 5th Grade wing, we have Mrs. Noone's homeroom at 203 pts and Mrs. Weston is at 268 points. In the 6th grade wing... Sweeney's homeroom, thanks to a huge donation from Hannaford and Mrs. Sweeney's awesome mom, at 1,164 points. Then we have Mrs. Look's HR with 410 points, Mrs. Brown's HR with 433 points and Mrs. Cote with a big gain from last week at 221 points. In 7th grade, it's a super tight race between Mrs. Allen's homeroom at 137 pts, Ms. Sawyer's homeroom at 144 points and Mrs. Shorey's homeroom at 145 points. Not far behind is Mr. Larson's homeroom. This is the last three days to edge your homeroom out on top - any homeroom can take the win with the right amount of bonus point items. This week they are tuna and peanut butter!
