TODAY IS A RED DAY
- Today is a 6th grade band day. Lessons for low winds at 8:35. Saxes are at 9:15. Beginners are at 11:30. Full band is at tutorial at 12:15 today.
- October is Bullying Prevention Month. Bullying affects 13 million children each year. That means one out of every four students has dealt with bullying. To show our support, Student Council invites you to wear blue on Friday, October 25.
- Yearbook will meet Thursday from 2:15-3:00 in Mrs. Sweeney's room. We will be picking the yearbook cover.
- Student Council will be held on Thursdays until 3:15. Please have rides ready in the lower parking lot at that time. New members are always welcome! Please see Ms. Sawyer in room 45 for any details.
- Art Club Session B will meet on Thursday from 2-3. Please arrange ahead of time to be picked up promptly at 3pm.
- Bike Club will ride on Thursday. Please meet in room 15 after the bell. Remember to dress for the weather.
- Tomorrow is the end of our pie fundraiser. Please make sure to have orders and payments in to your homeroom teacher as soon as possible. You may also drop them off in the office. Next week we will announce the winners in each grade.
- The 7th Grade Boys Soccer team will be having a banquet on Thursday from 2:45-3:45. All players need to bring uniforms to be turned in.
- The epic Haunted Woods event is almost here!! If you haven't been to JMG's haunted woods event before... you have to check it out! This year, the JMG students are re-creating classic Goosebumps stories. There will be hot chocolate, snacks and more available as well as free candy!!! Tuesday, October 29th, 6pm to 8pm at Gowen Park. $5 to get in the woods!
- It's that time already!!! Winter Sports Sign Ups!! Any 7th grader interested in trying out for 7th grade boys and 7th grade girls basketball or Cheerleading, sign ups will be posted in the cafe starting Monday and will be in the cafe until Friday. Remember that you must sign up if you are planning on trying out. You also need to have a physical from your doctor on file with the school nurse.
