*Where are my readers? Every year students can read and vote for the Maine Student Book Award. You only need to read 3 of the nominated titles in order to vote. See Mrs. Williams for a bookmark with all the titles.
*Would you like to send a book recommendation to a friend? Participate in the Mystery Valentine book exchange. More information can be found at the Library Google classroom at wom4zmh or on posters throughout the building.
* It's here...the 1st day of the ATTENDANCE CHALLENGE OF FEBRUARY.
If you are hearing this you are already on your way to earning an ice cream party for your LC or team.
There are 12 days until February break, and we will be measuring your attendance success every day and posting it in the display case near the cafe.
Set your goal now and if you are healthy, aim for all 12 days! Good luck!
* This coming Friday is National Wear Red Day. This is a nationally recognized day to bring awareness to cardiovascular disease. February is also American Heart Month.❤ Wear red to raise awareness for healthy hearts!
*Civil Rights Team meets today after school until 3:15 in the upstairs music room! Come and bring a friend!
*Today is a 6th grade band day. Full band is starting right now in Mrs. Ames' band room! See the board or your lesson calendar for the lesson schedule today!
*Today is an 8th Grade Chorus day. It is also a Chorus day for 7th Grade students who are not in band. We will meet in the upstairs music room following announcements.
*This Friday Student Leadership will be hosting a 7th and 8th grade dance from 5:00-6:30pm. Admission is $5 and there will be concessions available for purchase.
