*The Holiday Food Drive Competition's results are in!!!! As a school, we collected thousands of items of food, which is incredible. We were able to send out 50 Thanksgiving baskets to very grateful families, and for December break we have meal bags going home with families as well. It can be hard to understand how impactful this can be for people who are going through a tough moment. Especially if you've been fortunate enough to not know what it's like to miss a meal because there just isn't enough food at home, or your family is going through a tough time. You never know what someone is going through -- so remember that any act of kindness can help, including things like this. It truly matters and makes a difference. Thank you again to those of you that participated, and brought it items to donate.
Now, for the winners!!!
In 5th grade, we had some homerooms competing as pairs and some competing as single homerooms, so we have two winners!!
The 5th grade winning PAIR of homerooms with 744 points is...... Mr. Ouellette and Mrs. Daniels!!!!
The 5th grade winning single homeroom had 159 points, and that is Mrs. Allaire's homeroom!!
In 6th grade, with 322 points, is Mrs. Sweeney's homeroom!!
