TODAY IS A RED DAY

  • Congratulations and thank you to the 7th and 8th grade band members who marched in yesterday's parade.  Your performance in the parade and at the ceremony was greatly appreciated.  Today is an 8th grade band day.  Please bring your laptops to band.  Today is a 7th grade lesson day.  Group Four lessons meet today.  
  • Today is a 6th grade lesson day. There will not be any lessons due to NWEA testing. Please join a Wednesday lesson time to finish your report on your musician.
  • Today is a 7th grade chorus day.
  • Art Club will meet today from 2-3:15 in the Art Room.
  • Today’s High School Musical Jr rehearsal is a mandatory practice for all cast and crew from 2:30-4:30 at the Performing Arts Center.  Those who are taking the bus should use Bus 9 and must have a signed permission slip to do so. 
  • The Book Fair starts on tomorrow.  This is a buy one get one free book fair so stock up on summer reads.  The book fair will be open during the school day when Mrs. Williams isn't teaching.  Access before school will be limited to those who have money and only about 20 max.  The book fair will have extended hours on May 31st until 3:30 and June 5th until right before the JMG ceremony and for a little while after.  
    In addition,  please start turning in any books that you still have out.  The last day to check out books is May 31st.  Notices will be sent home after that date of all books out.  There will be prizes for the top class at each grade level that has the least books out by the end of the school year.
  • Yearbooks are on sale. They will be available for pickup on June 14th. The cost is $25.00 cash. You can purchase them in the morning in front of the cafe or at https://www.walsworthyearbooks.com. See Ms. White with any questions.
  • Math club will be meeting this Friday from 2-3 with Mrs.Hilt in room 4. New members are welcome!
