*Congratulations to all 7th and 8th grade band students and all 8th grade chorus students on an awesome performance last night. The concert was amazing and Ms. Scarano and Mr. Pietruch were both blown away by how well you all did! Also, a huge shout out to the 8th grade teachers who were guest performers! Great job!
*4th quarter Progress Reports will be in Homeroom mailboxes by 10am today.
*Attention all Middle school boys basketball players; this message is for all grades. There will be a summer basketball meeting tomorrow at 1:55 in the big gym. Any player interested in playing this summer should attend.
*During the month of May, SMS is focusing on the theme of respect. We are holding a creative contest with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners that answers the question: what does respect mean to you? You can do a drawing, poem, video, photograph, essay, sculpture or any other creative piece to represent respect. Creative pieces need to be submitted to your school counselor by Friday May 26th and winners will be announced the following week. Good Luck!
