Good morning, Willard families! Just a reminder that we are striving for 85% participation with today's remote learning; if 85% of our students participate students will get an extra recess! Also, please remember that drop off needs to happen by 8:30 in order for students to not be considered tardy. Lastly, please check our website frequently to see what's happening at our school. Have a great remote learning day! https://www.sanford.org/o/willard-school

Good afternoon, Willard families! Some time this week, your child will come home with a census verification form; please review and make any necessary edits to the document and send it back to the school so that edits can be made in our system. Don't forget to check our website regularly for updates of what's happening here at Willard as we're posting things regularly. This week's featured article will help you find out more about Paul Revere's Ride.

Good afternoon, Willard families! We just have a couple of friendly reminders for you: Please make sure to check our website regularly for fun goings-on at Willard School. We are always posting new things. Also, please make every effort to have your child in the building by 8:30 so that they won't be considered tardy. Lastly, we have some PTA volunteer opportunities for families interested in helping out!

Dear Parents and Families -
I wanted to let you know that we had to evacuate the building for 30 minutes today due to an issue with our boiler.
The fire department was called and determined that the building was safe to re-enter.
All students were excellent during this emergency!
Please reach out if you have any questions.
Gratefully,
Susan Inman, Principal

A message from your school nurse...
Thank you for continuing to complete the Daily Health Screening each morning prior to the start of school for your child. The Daily Health Screening is an important tool in keeping our students and staff safe. We would like remind parents to please notify the school nurse in the event your child tests positive for COVID-19. Early notification is important to notify close contacts in a timely manner to begin the required period. Thank you for your ongoing support in following the safety guidelines.

Good afternoon Willard Families! This is a reminder that tomorrow, Wednesday, March 3rd will be a regular remote day for our students. We understand that many of you may not have your devices, but please do the best you can to participate or complete assignments. Thank you!

This is a message from the Sanford School Department. We would like to remind parents that this winter we may have “traditional” or “remote” learning snow days. In the event a remote learning snow day is called, your child’s teacher will post the schedule for the morning meeting and provide further directions in either Seesaw or Google Classroom for your child to access lessons for the day. If you have any questions, please contact your child’s teacher.

Good afternoon Willard Families! This is a friendly reminder that attendance matters on remote Wednesdays. If you know that your child will not be participating on Wednesdays, please let your child's teacher know or call the office at 324-8454 so that we may excuse the absence. Thank you for your consideration to this matter! We hope everyone has a restful evening.
