Third Grade Greatness!
Students have been hard at work learning classroom and school procedures, as well as transitioning and adjusting to the expectations that come along with being in third grade. They particularly love working on their laptops, it has been an interesting transition from ipads over to laptops. We have put a lot of emphasis on skills like typing and navigating Google Classroom, we plan to continue with this work in weeks to come. In Morning Meeting, we spend time each week sharing what is going on in students’ lives and working through social and emotional topics. Many students and their families enjoyed spending time at the Block Party and we hope to see more at other events this year. We are all looking forward to an amazing year!
