Grade 4 Student Leaders
Hello Sanford Pride Elementary Families!
Our school year is off to an amazing start. We are thrilled to be in our newly renovated building. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to fine-tune some of our procedures.
Many thanks to the families that have returned the beginning of the school year paperwork. If you haven’t already, this paperwork is due as soon as possible. It is important that we have updated and accurate information so that we can contact you.
We are very excited for the new playgrounds, which should be installed in the next few weeks. In the meantime, the students are making use of the future playground space, visiting the playground at Willard and utilizing the beautiful field behind our school.
At this time, we do not have access to water fountains. Please send your child into school with a water bottle so they can use the refilling station to stay hydrated.
Each month, we will focus on a different guidance theme. The theme for September is responsibility. On Wednesday, the students enjoyed a presentation by Mrs. Keene, Sanford Pride School Counselor. Students will also discuss the monthly theme during morning meetings throughout the month. Families are encouraged to support our efforts in school and have family discussions that center around responsibility. Here are some Parent Resources to get you started.
