PSO virtually presents “Kinderkonzert”
Each year, the Portland Symphony Orchestra performs a concert program geared toward elementary students. This year’s “Kinderkonzert”, which features the woodwind section of the orchestra, has gone virtual and is available for free viewing!
In this concert, the PSO woodwind quintet combines music and storytelling to perform “Aesop’s Fables”. Students will find themselves immersed in the stories while also getting to explore instruments of the woodwind family.
While this concert is advertised for Kindergarten through Grade 3, it is easily enjoyed by everyone in the family. The link to the 35-minute performance is below and can be watched at any time. Enjoy!
