Monday we were treated to a wonderful lesson on how maple syrup is made. High school students Julia, Kayla, and Lindsay read a story about making maple syrup, brought us REAL maple syrup to try and made us maple syrup scented play dough that was made in the colors of the natural grade of the syrup. The high schools students are from SRTC ‘s Horticulture program.
