The Sanford School Department is offering influenza vaccination clinics at our schools. We are partnering with Northern Light Homecare & Hospice to provide this clinic to our students. You must fill out a consent form with accurate insurance information by Friday, October 13th, at noon. Below are the dates of the clinics at the schools with links to their consent forms.
