Strawberry Nutella Bites,
Chili Cheese Dog Bites, and
Mini Artichoke and Spinach Cups
This class will introduce various simple meal recipes using a muffin tin for making a set of meals that can be eaten right away or frozen to be microwaved later. This class is a hands-on class with the participants, and they will be taught how to properly store these meals and also sample the recipes.
Jeffrey Carpenter has various culinary experiences. He minored in Home Economics in Berea College in Kentucky, currently #1 Liberal Arts College in the USA according to several polls. He also owned the Meadow Muffin Cafe on Monhegan Island off coast of Maine for several years. He loves cooking, eating healthy, and enjoys sharing his recipes and experiences.
