WELCOME BACK! You will once again be receiving daily emails from me where you can often find the quick answer for many of your questions. Feel free to reach out with info you would like added but I ask that you keep it brief. If you have anything that needs to be put into the daily announcements please try and get it to me by 8:30am or it may be the next day before it gets put in.
Class of 2024: The school committee is looking for candidates for a student representative on the school committee board. This is a wonderful opportunity for the chosen junior to attend School Committee meetings and become involved in discussions involving policies and procedures for the entire district. The chosen candidate will attend two meetings per month; provide student perspective on issues facing the school committee and serve as the liaison between the School Committee and the SHS student body. Community service time will be given for time served and it looks AMAZING on your college resume. INTERESTED? Pick up an application in the Assistant Principals’ office and return it completed by 2:00 pm on Friday, September 9th for consideration. Interviews will be conducted the week of September 12 and the finalists will be interviewed on September 19th.
Freshman dues are $35 at this time. Checks should be made out to SHS Class of 2026
