WHITE Day
The Annual Variety Show is back! This Thursday, April 7th, at 7pm, the Sanford National Honor Society is thrilled to highlight many talented SHS students & staff members! You do not want to miss this! Bring your family and friends for a night full of FUN! General admission tickets can be purchased at the door, students & seniors are $3 and adults are $5. But there's more! There will be a HUGE raffle with many different prizes from favorite local businesses. We can't wait to see you there!!

Good afternoon SHS Class of 2022!!
Please click on the link below and fill out the online 2022 General Scholarship Application. Every graduating senior, early grads and 3-year grads who plan on attending a college or university, or technical school may fill out this form. You must attach your college acceptance letter, fafsa and financial aid information (EFC) with this application no later than Friday, April 8, 2022 via the online form or hand it into the Principal’s Office by the deadline date.

FOR SALE AT SHS
Tree saplings for sale! The Environmental Club is selling tree saplings for people to plant in their yards to help offset our paper usage at school. (We will not be planting trees for people.) You can choose from sugar maple, red maple and paper birch trees. Your saplings will be ready to pick up from school on Saturday May 7. Nothing says spring like the bright, shiny blossoms of Pansies! Plants Plus will have their first greenhouse sale of the year from April 11 - April 15 at the kiosk in the main lobby. Pansy gardens, pansy 4 paks and 8 paks, our own houseplants, succulents and a collection of early spring plant-ables like Kale, Parsley and Onions. See you there!

Ocean Bowl meets in the SRTC Career Center next to the school counseling office during Spartan time on Fridays. They are looking for a few more competitors to join their team. Environmental Club meets Tuesdays @ 7:20am in Ms. Trafelet’s room E222. We have several projects we will be working on this year. Come join us and help make a positive impact on our planet. All are welcome!!

Science Bowl will meet in the Small Cafeteria during Tuesday Spartan Time and is welcoming new competitors for their teams. For more information, please email bmarass@sanford.org
Civil Rights Team meets Tuesdays after school, in the library or Zoom. We will also be meeting every other Friday during Spartan Time! New members are always welcome.
Art club meets every Thursday in room B127 with Mrs. Gillis from 2:20-3:30. All are welcome!
Pep Club meets on Tuesdays after school in room C224 to discuss Homecoming, New Goals and a Great Year!
Key Club will start meeting Monday nights at 6:30 on the agora stairs. Key Club is the best way to fulfill community service requirements and have a great time with friends at the same time!
SHS Peer Helpers meet every Friday morning in the small cafeteria at SHS. Meetings begin at 7:30 or if you are a bus student stop by when your bus arrives at school. New student tours, Thanksgiving baskets, #thisisus are all part of what SHS Peer Helpers are involved in.
