Join SHS Abroad for music, food and drinks for sale, and more! Tickets are $10 at the gate ($5 for kids under 10) and rentals are limited - bring what you have! A Message from the Civil Rights Team: Did you know that February is Black History Month because both Abraham Lincoln, who emancipated slaves, and Frederick Douglass, who was an African-American abolitionist and a former slave, both have birthdays in February? We encourage you to check out the books in the library display to learn more about topics and people in the black community and look for future announcements and slides on the closed-circuit television throughout the month.

Our SRTC Horticulture program will be having a Valentine’s Day Sale from February 10-14. They will have single stem roses, carnations, tulips, lilies and many bouquets and small flower arrangements. Civil Rights Team meets Tuesdays after school, in the library or Zoom. We will also be meeting every other Friday during Spartan Time! New members are always welcome.

Key Club will start meeting Monday nights at 6:30 on the agora stairs. Key Club is the best way to fulfill community service requirements and have a great time with friends at the same time!
SHS Peer Helpers meet every Friday morning in the small cafeteria at SHS. Meetings begin at 7:30 or if you are a bus student stop by when your bus arrives at school. New student tours, Thanksgiving baskets, #thisisus are all part of what SHS Peer Helpers are involved in.
