Community Service Opportunities
Random Fact of the Day: William Henry Harrison set the record for longest-ever inaugural address in 1841 coming in at nearly two hours.
Life Hacks from your school nurse: The next time you get an anxiety/panic attack, try pinning your shoulders back. When you get these attacks your bodies natural reaction is to curl up into the fetal position, and by keeping your arms down and shoulders back is a great way to fight that and stay "in reality".
Lunch Today: Ledgemere busses will deliver free lunch and breakfast-to-go daily at many of our bus stops during this move to remote learning schedule. Meals will be served to students or their parent/care giver. All children are eligible and enrollment is not required. Families may pick up school meals at Lafayette School or Sanford High School/Regional Technical Center from 11:00 to 12:00 on days when there is school. FMI people can call the School Nutrition Program office at 608-8762.
