First and second graders in the Around The World Club at Carl J. Lamb School learned about Italian culture on Monday, December 12.

The students learned how pasta was originally made in Italy. For dinner, they tried various different types of pasta from gnocchi, to penne, to spaghetti, and more.

In addition, they learned a lot of Italian phrases such as "hello", "goodbye", "good morning", and "delicious".

After dinner, students voted on their favorite pastas and sauces.

The students will visit Norway next week!
