Granite Bay Care is offering this course.....with Jeffrey Carpenter, the Workforce Development and Training Coordinator as the instructor.

This class will make:
Strawberry Nutella Bites,
Chili Cheese Dog Bites, and
Mini Artichoke and Spinach Cups

This class will introduce various simple meal recipes using a muffin tin for making a set of meals that can be eaten right away or frozen to be microwaved later. This class is a hands-on class with the participants, and they will be taught how to properly store these meals and also sample the recipes.

Jeffrey Carpenter has various culinary experiences. He minored in Home Economics in Berea College in Kentucky, currently #1 Liberal Arts College in the USA according to several polls. He also owned the Meadow Muffin Cafe on Monhegan Island off coast of Maine for several years. He loves cooking, eating healthy, and enjoys sharing his recipes and experiences.

Last night, our Sanford Performing Arts Center was filled with beautiful music as students from grades 4-12 came together for our annual Spring Sing concert! From the energetic opening by the Spartan Show Choir performing "I'm Still Standing" to the powerful finale of "Oye" by our high school vocalists, the evening showcased the incredible talent and hard work of our young musicians. A special shoutout to all the parents, family members, and community supporters who filled the auditorium and cheered on our performers!
