This past Wednesday Ms. Daniels who is our elementary school's math coach was teaching a lesson to Mrs. Lincoln's class. She started with a read aloud from the book On a Beam of Light to brainstorm what mathematicians do. Then Mrs. Lincoln's students charted what mathematicians do. Next, Ms. Daniels had the students start to look at the tools they can use in their E-Tools for ConnectED. These items are out of our first 20 days to help students build a growth mathematical mindset.
